Titanfall 2, the single and multiplayer Titan shooter experience, lives on half a decade after its release. This title is a new addition to the top 5 best-selling games of the week, and the huge discount it currently has on the Steam store might be for good reason.
Offering both a single player campaign and exciting multiplayer combat, Titanfall 2 is a must-play for fans of the genre. Despite being over 5 years old, the game still enjoys a stable player base. For the past week, it has consistently reached around 20,000 concurrent players every day.
This peak is recent, since before it barely reached 10k. Because of this, it has broken into the Top 5 worldwide sellers, only beating Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2 and Hogwarts Legacy pre-orders. This sudden doubling of the player base is certainly welcome, as more people need to experience the fluid combat and movement that Titanfall 2 offers.

Cult of the Lamb is still not past its honeymoon phase and continues to gain ground both in the store and for content creators. The game launched strongly, reaching a concurrent player count of 60,000 and a total player count of one million, all in its first week. This rocketed the game up to 18th place in the global best sellers, which is impressive for a game less than a month old. Publisher Devolver Digital is no stranger to the charts though, with titles like Loop Hero, Inscryption, Exit the Gungeon and more to their credit.
In Cult of the Lamb, you must collect resources to build your cult, perform rituals to the gods, and reinforce your cult through sermons. You can’t have any competitors either, and you must defeat rival cults and absorb their power in a randomly generated world. In this dark themed roguelite combined with its adorable art style, there is nothing to hate.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice shot up from 6th place last week. While it hit a glorious all-time peak of 125,000 concurrent players at launch, it’s now experiencing a relatively steady stream of around 15,000 players every day. Marvel’s Spider-Man was initially released as a PlayStation exclusive.
