In its campaign mode, you will sit in the cockpits of numerous ships, vying for the number one spot. And while your flying skills will certainly be put to the test, you’ll also need to make effective use of weapons and power-ups. It’s a shame it’s over before you know it: it’s pretty short. And although there is an online multiplayer mode, you will find it difficult to find someone to play with.

We had some problems with Chorus when it was first released. Fortunately, many of them have been fixed now, making it a more enjoyable experience. Forget fighter jets and ships equipped with propellers: in Chorus you are piloting a living weapon. That means he has a range of advanced skills and maneuvers for you to master. Our favorite is drift, which allows you to make tight turns while simultaneously targeting multiple opponents.
