‘Princess Power,’ ‘Spirit Rangers’ Join Netflix’s Fall Preschool Lineup

Young streaming audiences will get more fun, entertaining and educational content with beloved characters on Netflix to culminate in 2022. Predicted in a blog post this morning, the service’s fall/winter preschool roster offers more CoComelon, Gabby’s dollhouse Y teletubbies as well as the new titles princess power Y spirit rangers.

spirit rangers – Premiere October 10
Synopsis: Inspired by the stories of Native American tribes and the majestic landscapes of America’s national parks, Spirit Rangers explores the adventure and beauty of nature through the eyes of Kodi, Summer, and Eddy Skycedar, Chumash/Cowlitz siblings who they share a secret. This trio of kids are “Spirit Rangers” who help protect the land and spirits of the national park they call home in California. Taking on new perspectives as a grizzly bear cub, a red-tailed hawk, and a courageous turtle, the kids of Skycedar take on every challenge, from helping a lost thunderbird to waking up a sleeping sun, with courage and compassion.

Created by Santa Ynez Chumash tribal descendant and California’s first Native American showrunner, Karissa Valencia, the fantasy adventure preschool series celebrates community, nature, and the rich heritage of Native American storytelling.

Waffles + Mochi’s Restaurant | Premiere October 17
Synopsis: Get ready for Waffles and Mochi to take off on their tastiest adventure yet when they open their own restaurant. As chefs, the two taste buddies serve up sweet, savory and spicy dishes inspired by ingredients from their incredible explorations. The new season features familiar faces like Mrs. Obama and world-renowned chefs, home cooks, kids, and celebrities from around the world who share the same passion for food and fun!

Gabby’s dollhouse Season 6 | November 1
Synopsis: The Gabby Cats are back with more feline fun! Gabby and her kitty friends go on a rainbow puzzle hunt and attend DJ Catips’ “Super Think Camp,” solve puzzles to earn super capes, a dress-up adventure leads Gabby to dig a glow-in-the-dark gem mine in the wild west. , and even a pop-up supply of paper cups makes for a crafty day! And in a magical Christmas moment, Gabby and Pandy decorate the dollhouse and help Santa Kitty and her reindeer her Kitty save Christmas at Gabby’s Dollhouse!

teletubbies | Premiere November 14
Synopsis: Join colorful friends Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po on wonder-filled adventures as they learn and grow in this 21st-century update of the beloved preschool series, now narrated by Emmy nominee Tituss Burgess (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt). . Each episode includes new and original songs from “Tummy Tales” that will have the whole family dancing!

StoryBots: response time | Premiere November 21
Synopsis: The StoryBots are back, answering tough questions and causing so much laughter kids won’t even know they’re learning! From “how lasers work” to “why do people get seasick,” StoryBots break down the most complex ideas into mini-explanations that broaden children’s understanding and appreciation of the world around them. Featuring world-class art, animation, music and celebrity guests like Danny DeVito, Chrissy Tiegen, Anne Hathaway and more, StoryBots response time is guaranteed to not only entertain and educate kids, but adults too!

princess power | Premieres 2023
Synopsis: Netflix’s new animated preschool series princess power is based on No.1 New York Times best selling book series princesses wear pants by Savannah Guthrie (co-host of This day) and Allison Oppenheim. The show is a celebration of girl power and self-expression that follows the princesses of four major fruit kingdoms: Kira Kiwi, Beatrice “Bea” Blueberry, Rita Raspberry, and Penelope “Penny” Pineapple. These princesses embrace their differences and grow stronger together to help their fellow fruitizens and make their world a better place. The whimsical and aspirational playfulness of Princess Power comes with a timely message: that it’s not just what you wear but what you do that makes a difference.

Developed by Elise Allen (showrunner/executive producer), the series is executive produced by Guthrie, along with Atomic Cartoons’ Matthew Berkowitz, Kristin Cummings and Jennifer Twiner McCarron, and Flower Films’ Drew Barrymore, Ember Truesdell and Nancy Juvonen.

CoComelon Lane | Premieres 2023
Synopsis: CoComelon Lane explores the lives of JJ and his best friends (Cody, Cece, Nina, Bella, and Nico) as they experience the GREATEST moments in little kids’ lives. From the excitement of going to a friend’s house for dinner for the first time, or learning how to care for a family pet, to the fears that come with that first trip to a doctor’s office, JJ invites viewers (speaking directly to the audience for the first time!) to join your favorite CoComelon characters as they experience – and celebrate – the special milestones of growing up.
