Microsoft has finally released outlook lite by Android devices, and from what we can tell, it works pretty well. From our understanding, Outlook Lite is not much different from the regular Outlook app for Android, but the differences are big enough to discuss.
As the name suggests, the Outlook Lite app is a version of the regular Outlook app that takes up less space. It is designed for low and mid-end Android smartphones that have trouble running the normal app.
At the moment, Outlook Lite is only available in select countries, and they are the following: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Mexico, Peru, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Venezuela.

Overall, Outlook Lite app is perfect for those who want to send and receive emails. So even if you have the most powerful Android device available, we would still recommend it because for most people, the regular Outlook app for Android is packed with unwanted features that will never be used.
