SAGINAW, MI — The 2023 Old Saginaw City Lawn Chair Film Festival kicks off in July with a collection of classic and modern films.
In the middle of the eight-film lineup is “Somewhere in Time,” the 1980 romantic fantasy starring Christopher Reeve that director Richard Matheson shot at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. The festival will host the film on Sunday, August 6.
The free outdoor festival features movies screened at dusk every Sunday in the parking lot at the corner of Ames and North Hamilton in the Old Town Saginaw shopping district.
