The American sprinter will face stiff competition from compatriot Aleia Hobbs, Marie-Josee Ta Lou from Ivory Coast and Jamaica’s 4×100 Olympic champion Briana Williams.
Joining the lineup of world record holders is Ryan Crouser, who is looking to build on his season as he prepares for his world title defense in Budapest this August.
In the 200m race, Knighton will compete against Kenneth Bednarek, while the 100m will feature Christian Coleman and Ronnie Baker on the start list.
The women’s 100m hurdles will feature reigning world champion Tobi Amusan and Olympic champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn.
