The daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford, 56, and businessman Rande Gerber, 60, landed her first modeling job at age 10 with Versace’s junior line, Young Versace.

Kaia recently opened up to Elle magazine in a revealing interview about growing up while modeling.

I’m only 21 years old and I feel like I’ve already lived a lifetime. Having the opportunity to travel taught me a lot from such a young age. I received a really amazing education,” Kaia said.

‘I have this catalog of images that has recorded my growth. You are growing and you are changing: your body, what you like, your taste. Being surrounded by so many creatives shaped my taste. I’m a great observer and I retain a lot,” she added.

Kaia in the February issue also shared that she sometimes felt ‘lonely’ without her family around, which took a toll on her mental health, but she is working from home more now. She added that it also helps to have a therapist.

Revealing interview: Showing off in November in Los Angeles, Kaia recently opened up to Elle magazine in a revealing interview about growing up while modeling.

The model has also turned actress and has a recurring role on the upcoming Apple TV+ period comedy Mrs. American Pie, which stars Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin and Carol Burnett.

Kaia also has a starring role in the upcoming teen sex comedy Bottoms, which is expected to premiere later this year.

In addition to Kaia, Cindy and Rande also have a 23-year-old son, Presley.

Kaia has been in a relationship since late 2021 with 31-year-old actor Austin Butler.
