Harry styles is ready to return to the big screen with do not worry honey after his brief appearance in the MCU eternal like Eros. This won’t be the first time the musician has been a major part of a movie, as Styles starred in Dunkirk for Christopher Nolan in 2017. However, two big roles aren’t enough for Styles to get a taste of the world of acting. He admits to Variety that he still feels like a fan during the premiere of his next film at the Venice Film Festival.
“Making music is a really personal thing. There are aspects of acting where you draw a little bit from experience, but for the most part you’re trying to play someone else. That’s what I find most interesting. You can help each other in somehow. Anytime you can see the world through a different lens, it can help create any way you go. I find it really different. I think the fun part is if you never know what you’re doing in any of them. Music I’ve done the longest, but what I like about acting is that I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing.”
do not worry honey Styles stars alongside Florence Pugh, Olivia Wilde, Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, Kate Berlant and Nick Kroll. The film follows a 1950s housewife (Pugh) living with her husband (Styles) in a utopian experimental community when she begins to worry that her glamorous company may be hiding disturbing secrets. Speaking about the movie, Styles said it was great to have a world built around them while they acted in do not worry honey.
“It’s fun to play in worlds that aren’t necessarily your own. This [Don’t Worry Darling] the world is supposedly so perfect. It was fun to play pretend on it. It’s like driving funny cars. We were lucky to have that world built around us so well, so we were able to play in reality instead of pretending everything was fine.”
Styles has remained relatively quiet despite the controversy surrounding Pugh, Wilde and Shia LaBeouf, which has dominated the news cycle ahead of his movie’s release. do not worry honey is scheduled to hit theaters later this month, on September 23.

my police Styles will star alongside Linus Roache, Rupert Everett, Gina McKee, David Dawson, Emma Corrin, Andrew Tiernan and Jack Bandeira. Michael Grandage will direct the film, responsible for films including Red Y Genius. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Bethan Roberts.
