The last film of this current trilogy, end halloween hits theaters AND Peacock in October 14thand Empire Magazine has shared a new gory image with us today.
Plus, Empire shares some insights from the director david gordon green this morning. Of note, she tells Empire that the ending of the movie, well, it’s still in flux.
“change every day”, says Gordon Green to the medium. “Theoretically, the image is blocked, but this morning I called the publisher and said, ‘What if we do this…?’ i talk to john [Carpenter] and Jamie Lee Curtis regularly about it. It’s exciting, uncertain, satisfying and sad. I enjoyed the ride, but it’s probably time to head down. I think we’re gonna go out with a bang.”
Gordon Green also pokes fun at Empire, “If our second movie was free-for-all violent mayhem, this is a more intimate and atmospheric conclusion..” Take a look at the new image below.

Here is the official plot synopsis for end halloween: “Four years after the events of last year halloween killsLaurie lives with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing his memoirs. Michael Myers has not been seen since. Laurie, after allowing Michael’s specter to determine and drive his reality for decades, has decided to break free from fear and anger and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (rohan campbell), is accused of killing a child he was babysitting, igniting a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.”
nick castlethe original Michael Myers, had recently pointed out that end halloween will be a “stunning” conclusion to David Gordon Green’s trilogy, while makeup effects artist Chris Nelson Similarly, he teased that the third installment in the trilogy is “weird” and “different”. Y john carpenter he had also called the new film a “departure” in a recent interview.
end halloween will also feature the return of Patton as Officer Frank Hawkins, kyle richards as Lindsey Wallace and James Jude Courtney like The Shape/Michael Myers.
