There are signs that the residential property market in Northern Ireland may be in decline, with figures released this week showing a 1.8% decline in average house prices across the region.
The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency released the figures for each council area this week, with the average house price in the Fermanagh and Omagh area now £158,172.
That represented a quarterly drop of 2.7%, though that figure is still 4.7% higher than last year.
