College Football Odds Week 2: How to Bet Kentucky-Florida

An SEC rivalry begins in Week 2.

The University of Kentucky heads east to the bayou to take on the University of Florida on Saturday at 7 pm ET in Gainesville at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Coming off a season-opening win against Miami (OH), the Wildcats know this game will set the tone for the entire season. Make no mistake about it, No. 20 Kentucky comes into this looking to beat Florida for the second year in a row. If quarterback Will Levis and wide receiver Tayvion Robinson continue their dynamic duo act, this game could be special.

All Florida did in Week 1 was topple No. 7 Utah in spectacular fashion, 29-26. Unranked in the preseason, the Gators now find themselves ranked No. 12 and eager to let the nation know they’re back. When you factor in the revenge angle, not to mention the home field, you can understand why the Gators feel pretty confident about their chances.

Here you will find everything you need from a betting perspective on the Golden Flashes vs Sooners game from point spread, money line, total over/under and expert pick (odds via fox bet).

Choose through the betting analyst Sam Panayotovich:

It can be very difficult for sports bettors to avoid overreactions.

Florida is one of the hottest teams in the entire nation after holding Utah out of the end zone in the final drive of the game. The Gators were unranked before Game 1, and now they’re No. 12 in the AP poll.

Alright then.

Wildcats quarterback Will Levis is a Top-10 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, and he’s more than capable of keeping the Big Blue Nation at striking distance. Florida stocks are way too high after a football game (one I could have very easily lost) and I like that Kentucky is covering an inflated number.

TO CHOOSE: Kentucky (+6.5 at FOX Bet) loses by less than 5.5 points (or wins outright)
