Britney Spears gushes over her son Sean Preston ahead of his impending move to Hawaii

Britney Spears may be trying to extend an olive branch to her children amid their ongoing feud.

The “Toxic” singer, 41, took to Instagram on Monday to share a throwback photo of her eldest son, Sean Preston, captioning it: “My first love!!”

In the snap, the 17-year-old can be seen beaming as she poses in a white button-up shirt.

His most recent post comes just two days after he posted a similar tribute to his youngest son, Jayden.

Over the weekend, the singer, who shares both children with ex Kevin Federline, shared a snap of herself holding the toddler on her hip as she walked through a park. She simply captioned it with two tulip emojis.

The Spears tributes come just weeks after it was revealed the teens plan to move to Hawaii with their father to escape scrutiny in Hollywood.

According to TMZ, the move came after her stepmother, Victoria Prince, received a job offer that requires her to relocate.

Despite Federline’s lawyers threatening to take her to court if she did not consent, the pop star’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, revealed that she would “not interfere” in his decision.

He also criticized Federline, 45, and his lawyer for going public with the dispute, calling it “undignified, impolite and unnecessary.”

Many of Spears’ die-hard fans also take issue with Federline’s plans to move his children to Hawaii, claiming the former dancer is trying to extort even more money from his ex-wife.

In Hawaii, child support is ordered for children up to the age of 23 if they are enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university or trade or trade school.

“She’s doing this because the courts can force her to pay child support up to age 23 in Hawaii.” a Twitter user suggestedwhile another echoed“Kevin desperately wanting to move to Hawaii is definitely related to child support.”

Others pointed out that news of the planned relocation came just two weeks before he was sued for owing more than $15,000 in tuition to his other children’s school.

“Kevin Federline is sued for failing to pay for his children’s education and then decides to move to Hawaii, where he can file for child support until Britney’s children are 23.” an observant critic noted. “It’s painfully obvious that Britney is still stuck and will be as long as so many people depend on her $$$.”

Spears previously paid Federline $20,000 a month in child support but demanded an increase in May 2018. While it’s unclear what number the exes agreed to, Federline is likely to lose that check next year once Sean Preston turns 18. years.

Spears and Federline married in October 2004. However, they separated three years later.

He is also the father of four other children: Jordan, 11, and Peyton, 9, whom he shares with Prince, and daughter Kori, 20, and son Kaleb, 18, whom he shares with ex-fiancée Shar. Jackson.
