2022 NPS Trust Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Media, Marketing and Subscriber Education: Full-time Postgraduate/Masters of Business Administration (minimum 2 years or equivalent to MBA) with a major in Marketing/Digital Marketing/PR/Mass Communication/Visual Communication from an Indian College/University recognized Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Investing and Research: Full-time Masters of Business Administration or equivalent with a specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) / CFA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Rajbhasha: Full-time Master’s degree in Hindi or Sanskrit, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s level from a recognized Indian university/institute.
• IT – Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics & Communications/ Information Technology/ Computer Science) / Master of Computer Applications / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a graduate degree (minimum 2 years) in Computers / information technology from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
• Legal: Full-time law degree from any university/college/recognized by UGC and the Indian Bar.

Experience:

• Manager: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the corresponding field.

Age limit:

30 years

Selection Process for NPS Trust Recruitment 2022

The selection will be made based on:

• Phase I (online exam consisting of two tests of 100 points each)
• Phase II (online exam consisting of two tests of 100 points each)
• Phase III (Interview)

1. Go to the NPS Trust website ‘www.npstrust.org.in’ and click on the ‘APPLY ONLINE’ option on the Recruitment Notice titled ‘NPS TRUST – RECRUITMENT FOR B GRADE OFFICER (MANAGER) AND OFFICER POSITIONS GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)” which will open a new screen.
2. Choose the tab “Click here for a new registration” and fill in your details
3. Validate your data and save your request by clicking on the button ‘Validate your data’ and ‘Save and next’
4. Upload photo and signature
5. Fill in other details on the application form
6. Click the Preview tab to preview and verify the entire application form before the Complete Registration button.
7. Please amend the details, if necessary, and click the ‘Register Complete Button’ ONLY after checking and ensuring that the photograph, uploaded signature and other details filled in by you are correct.
8. Click on the ‘Payment’ tab and proceed to payment.
9. Click the ‘Complete registration’ button
