Get ready, Vancouver, because this first full week of June is packed with fun things to do. From plant-based eats at the Vegan Night Market to taking advantage of BC’s hottest summer attractions, here are 10 of the best things to do in and around Vancouver this week (June 5-9).

Like the Planted Expo that took place in May, Canada’s first all-vegan market will bring plant-based tacos, boozy kombucha and more to the Waldorf this month. Presented by Peaces and The Vegan Project, the series will kick off June 8 at The Waldorf and then appear in Locarno Beach on June 22, with dates at both locations also in July and August.

Do the Grouse routine
Of course, we couldn’t forget the Grouse Grind in this roundup. It’s not easy enough to navigate through, but not so difficult that you wonder if heading there was a good idea in the first place. Also, the need to purchase a dump ticket ensures some rest and relaxation once the ascent is complete.
